These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 666pd website, located at https://666pd.cam ("the Platform", "the Site", "666pd"), and all associated services, content, features and functionality offered through the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and 666pd ("we", "us", "our", "the Operator").

By accessing, browsing or using any part of the 666pd Platform, you confirm that you are of legal age to gamble in your applicable jurisdiction, that you have read and understood these Terms in full, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

666pd is an English-language online gambling information platform targeting Pakistani users. All content is provided for informational purposes. The Platform references familiar payment options such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah as familiar Pakistani payment examples only — not as endorsements or confirmations of gambling support by those providers.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

To register for and use an account on the 666pd Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required under the laws of your applicable jurisdiction or the Operator's license jurisdiction. The Platform is strictly for adults. Underage gambling is prohibited without exception.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. You must not be subject to any legal restriction that would prevent you from gambling online.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be accessing the Platform from a prohibited jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your location. 666pd does not claim government authorisation in Pakistan or any other territory.
• One Account Per Person: You may hold only one registered account on the Platform. Multiple accounts, whether registered by the same individual or used to circumvent restrictions, are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be under a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order, whether imposed by this Platform or any other gambling operator or regulatory authority.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate and complete. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds.
• Personal Use Only: Accounts may only be used for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming. Using the Platform on behalf of a third party, or facilitating third-party access to your account, is prohibited.

When registering an account on 666pd, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and any other details requested during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and currency of this information at all times.

Password Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. In the event of suspected unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately at [email protected]. The Operator accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where reasonable account security measures were not observed by the User.

Account Activity: Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be subject to dormancy procedures in accordance with the Operator's prevailing dormant account policy. The Operator will make reasonable efforts to notify the account holder before applying any dormancy fees or account closure procedures.

Prohibited Conduct: Users must not engage in any of the following:

• Using automated systems, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform
• Exploiting system errors, software bugs or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, sports manipulation or any form of fraud
• Colluding with other users to gain an advantage in casino games or betting markets
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy or interfere with the Platform's software or systems
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing or other criminal activity

The Operator reserves the right to investigate, suspend or permanently close any account that is reasonably suspected of prohibited conduct, and to withhold associated funds pending the outcome of any such investigation.

All bets placed on the 666pd Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, game or market. These specific rules are made available within the relevant section of the Platform and form part of this Agreement by reference. In the event of any conflict between these General Terms and specific game or sports rules, the specific rules shall prevail.

Acceptance of Bets: The Operator reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to situations involving suspected manipulation, pricing errors or account restrictions. A bet is not confirmed until the Platform displays an official confirmation and the stake has been deducted from the account balance.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply per market and may vary by event, game type, user account status and promotional context. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface and are subject to change without prior notice.

Void Bets: The Operator reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including, but not limited to: events abandoned or not completed under applicable rules, pricing or data errors, evidence of suspicious betting patterns or market manipulation, and technical failures affecting the integrity of the bet placement process.

Cricket & PSL Betting: Pakistan cricket markets — including PSL T20, ICC World Cup, bilateral series and Test matches — are subject to the specific cricket betting rules published on the Platform. Markets referencing player performance, match outcomes and series results are affected by official match rulings, DLS method applications and governing-body decisions, which supersede platform-level settlement rules where applicable.

Live Betting: In-play betting markets are offered at the Operator's discretion and may be suspended or withdrawn at any time, including mid-event. The User acknowledges that live data feeds may have latency, and the Operator accepts no liability for bets placed on the basis of delayed or inaccurate live data.

666pd may offer bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, free spins, cashback and other promotional rewards from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific bonus terms and conditions, which are published alongside each promotion and incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The User must complete the specified wagering requirement (for example, wagering the bonus amount a stated number of times) before any winnings derived from the bonus become eligible for withdrawal. Illustrative example: a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 20× wagering requirement requires PKR 20,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While a bonus is active, a maximum bet per round or per transaction applies. Exceeding this limit may result in bonus forfeiture without prior notice.
• Game Contribution: Different game types contribute different percentages toward the wagering requirement. Sports bets and slots may contribute at a different rate from table games, live casino or other game categories. The applicable contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses and any associated winnings expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the specified timeframe following activation.
• Maximum Cash-out: A cap on the maximum amount withdrawable from winnings generated through a bonus may apply. This cap is specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• One Bonus Per User: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be claimed per user, per household, per IP address or per payment method.

Deposits: Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. The minimum deposit amount, where applicable, is specified within the Platform's banking section and may vary by payment method. Deposits are generally credited to the account balance upon successful processing; however, processing times may vary by method and provider.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements and compliance with the Platform's withdrawal processing procedures. Withdrawal processing times vary by method, operator and User verification status. The Operator does not guarantee processing speeds and does not use the term "instant guaranteed" with respect to withdrawal processing.

Payment References — Pakistan Context: Familiar Pakistani payment options such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are referenced on this Platform as familiar payment examples only. These references do not imply that any such provider endorses, supports or has a confirmed integration with the 666pd Platform. Users are responsible for confirming the availability of specific payment methods within the Platform's banking section prior to depositing.

Currency: Where PKR (Pakistani Rupee) is referenced on this Platform in the context of deposits, withdrawals or illustrative examples, this is provided for informational context. Actual currency availability and conversion rates are determined by the Operator's prevailing currency policy.

Refused Withdrawals: The Operator may refuse or delay a withdrawal request in circumstances including: incomplete KYC verification, unmet wagering requirements, suspected fraudulent or suspicious account activity, or pending investigation of a reported account issue.

666pd is committed to promoting responsible gambling and supporting users in maintaining control over their gambling activity. The Operator recognises that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and takes its duty of care obligations seriously.

All intellectual property rights in and to the 666pd Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, layout, written content, software, data compilations, graphics and any other materials — are owned by or licensed to the Operator and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes and strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, sublicense or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of the Operator.

Any unauthorised use of the Operator's intellectual property — including scraping, automated extraction of data, or reproduction of content on third-party sites — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 666pd and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

This limitation applies to, but is not limited to:

• Financial losses arising from betting or gaming activity on the Platform
• Interruption, suspension or termination of the Platform or any service
• Inaccuracies or errors in betting odds, game results or account balances caused by technical failure
• Delays in payment processing or verification caused by third-party payment providers
• Loss, theft or unauthorised access to account credentials due to the User's failure to maintain adequate account security
• Reliance on information provided on the Platform for legal, financial or professional decision-making purposes

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Operator makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability or suitability of any content on the Platform for any particular purpose.

Termination by User: You may close your account at any time by submitting a written request to our support team. Account closure requests will be processed subject to settlement of any outstanding bets and compliance with withdrawal procedures. If you have an active self-exclusion in place, closure requests will be handled in accordance with the applicable responsible gambling protocol.

Termination by Operator: The Operator reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any user account at its reasonable discretion, including where:

• The User is found to have breached any provision of these Terms
• The Operator has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, identity misrepresentation or KYC non-compliance
• The User's jurisdiction becomes a prohibited jurisdiction under applicable law or the Operator's licensing obligations
• Regulatory, legal or compliance obligations require account restriction or closure
• The account is used in connection with money laundering, criminal activity or market manipulation

In cases of termination for cause, the Operator reserves the right to withhold account balances pending the outcome of any investigation. The User will be notified of account closure subject to any legal or regulatory constraints on notification.

Effect of Termination: Upon account closure, all outstanding bonuses, promotional credits and pending offers are immediately forfeited. The User's right to access the Platform ceases immediately upon account closure.

These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated or licensed to operate, as determined by the Operator from time to time.

The User acknowledges that the Platform operates internationally and may be subject to the laws of multiple jurisdictions depending on where the User is located. It is the User's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in their country, territory or region of residence.

Pakistan-Specific Notice: Pakistan has gambling restrictions, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. The online gambling regulatory environment in Pakistan continues to evolve. These Terms do not constitute legal advice and 666pd makes no representation regarding the legality of online gambling in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction. Any dispute that cannot be resolved between the User and the Operator through direct communication and good-faith negotiation may be referred to arbitration or adjudication in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures of the Operator's applicable license jurisdiction.

The Operator reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered users by means determined by the Operator, which may include a notice on the Platform's homepage, an in-account notification or email communication to the address registered on your account.

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11 of these Terms.

The "Effective Date" and "Last Reviewed" information displayed at the top of this page indicates when the current version of these Terms was last reviewed and brought into effect. Previous versions of these Terms may be made available upon written request to our support team.
